High Performance Coaching Package
The
TriMetrix High Performance Coaching Package is for individuals
who are very serious about personal and professional development.
The TriMetrix assessment package is combined with a six-month
coaching relationship targeted on the insights and goals you
determine from assessment results.
As part
of this coaching package, you will receive:

Insights (DISC),

Insights (PIAV) and

- 3,
45 minute coaching sessions per month for six months.
- 4 RxCD's
from the 80 attributes reported, to focus the work of your
coaching relationship. (RxCD's are CD's capable of audio
play or use in your computer to print out specific exercises
designed for the attributes you select).
- A customized
workbook including your 3 reports (4 for sales professionals)
and your Success Discovery Process and Action Plan.
During
this time, you will select the strengths you wish to further
develop, and the liabilities you seek to manage. With the
support of the coaching relationship (see About
Coaching) you will brainstorm possibilities, clarify your
action plan, manage barriers to success, and effectively implement
your strategies.
