What
is Insight Systems Coaching? Webster's New World Dictionary
defines "insight" as the ability to see and understand
clearly the inner nature of things. Webster's defines
Systems as: 1. a set or arrangement of things so related as
to form a whole 2. an established orderly way of doing something.
(My favorite definition of systems is "Saves You Some
Time Energy and Money." Sorry, I don't know where that
came from).
Insight
Systems Coaching is a coaching and consulting practice focused
on a systems approach to gaining insights into individuals
and organizations to better understand their dynamic cultures,
styles, values, goals, capabilities, and interrelationships
that form a holistic environment. Insight helps me see and
understand who you are. Systems help me help you get what
you want. Insight Systems Coaching has two key focus areas:
- Personal
and Professional Development Systems which focuses on personal
and professional coaching for individuals to more fully
develop their potential and experience fulfillment, and
- Talent
Management Systems which helps organizations select, hire,
and develop the right people.
